- Most residential timber decks on the Central Coast range from $450 to $850 per square metre installed. Composite decks and elevated structures sit at the higher end. We always provide a detailed fixed-price quote — no surprises.

- How long does a renovation take?
- Timelines vary by scope. A bathroom typically runs 3–4 weeks, a kitchen 3–6 weeks, and a full home renovation 3–4 months. We provide a written programme with every quote.
- Do I need council approval?
- Many decks and pergolas fall under NSW Exempt Development, but larger structures may need a CDC or DA. We assess your project and handle the paperwork.
