The outdoor rooms we build most often on the Central Coast combine three elements: a level deck or paved surface underfoot, a roof or pergola overhead, and built-in features that give the space real function. A well-designed outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink, bar fridge and stone bench can replace half your indoor entertaining. We design screens as intentional architectural elements — hardwood battens on a concealed steel frame, powder-coated to match your roof or downpipes, planted on the outside with climbing greenery.

For pool owners we handle the whole surround: compliant pool fencing (frameless glass, aluminium or hardwood), non-slip decking around the coping, integrated bench seating and change zones, outdoor showers, and the electrical and plumbing rough-ins for lighting and irrigation. Pool areas need extra care around ledger board fixing, subframe drainage and stainless hardware — details we have been getting right for 20 years.

Can you match new work to my existing home?

Yes — this is one of the things good design gets right and cheap builds get wrong. We match roof pitches, cladding profiles, colour palettes, floor levels and detailing so the new outdoor space reads as part of the house, not a bolt-on.

Do you handle council approvals?

Yes. We prepare the exempt/complying development paperwork, engage a private certifier where required, arrange structural engineering certificates, and manage inspections. You do not deal with council directly.
