Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and are based on the scope of works agreed at the time. Variations to scope may require an updated quote.

Deposits & payment

A deposit may be required to confirm bookings and cover initial materials. Progress payments are outlined in the contract for larger works. Final payment is due on practical completion.

Warranty

All workmanship is warranted in accordance with the NSW Home Building Act. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

Insurance

We hold Public Liability, Workers Compensation and Contract Works insurance. Certificates available on request.

Cancellation

Booked works may be cancelled subject to costs already incurred and any manufacturer deposit forfeitures.
