Front-of-House Renovation

A front-of-house renovation in Woy Woy with new windows, cladding and trim that completely reset the street appeal.

Front of a home mid-renovation with new windows and trim

Project overview

Street appeal is the cheapest value a Central Coast home can gain, and this Woy Woy property had almost none. Tired cladding, dated windows and mismatched trim made a structurally sound house look far worse than it was.

We worked across the whole front elevation: replacing windows, renewing cladding and rebuilding the external trim so every line runs true. Window openings were reframed and flashed properly rather than the units simply being swapped into old frames — that is where cheap window replacements leak within a couple of years. New trim was detailed consistently across the facade so the proportions read correctly from the street.

Because we handle the carpentry, windows and cladding ourselves, the elevation was completed as one coordinated job with no gaps between trades and no weather exposure between stages. The house now presents as a well-kept home rather than a renovation candidate, and the owners gained a significant lift in value for a modest spend compared with any internal renovation.
