Project overview
A structural steel beam opened up the rear wall and a custom bifold door was fitted, seamlessly connecting the kitchen and living space to the outdoor entertaining area. The finished opening is square, level and weather-tight, with a flush threshold for true indoor-outdoor living.

Challenges
Propping and removing the load-bearing wall while the family remained on site, and coordinating the steel install with the door delivery.
